Clear prices for programs that run all term or all week
We publish our after-school and summer camp prices. In-school field trips vary too much from school to school for one price list, so we quote each one.
After-school program and summer camp
Both programs are for children in grades K-6 and are priced per child.
After-school program
One session a week, all term. Per child, per term.

What happens in a camp weekHow these prices work
- Minimum 10 children per site, for both programs. That is the smallest group a site can book, not the size at which a discount starts.
- These prices are the standard rate, per child. At the standard rate, a group of 25 children costs 25 times the per-child price.
- Larger groups can be discounted. Any discount is quoted for your group, case by case, and is not applied automatically. Ask for a group quote for the after-school program or summer camp, or email team@careerlablive.org.
- If cost is a barrier for your families, ask us about sponsor funding.
In-school field trips
Field trips are quoted for each school
Tell us about your school and we will put together a quote. There is no published price list for field trips, because the right visit depends on your group.

A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due on the day of the field trip. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance if your district requires one. Questions about a deposit, an invoice or a payment go to billing@careerlablive.org.
Schools can ask for a demo first: one Banking and Finance simulation with a small group of children, to see what a field trip is like before booking a full one.
