Community sponsor
How Career Lab Live and Credit Union of Georgia work together
Credit Union of Georgia has been a partner of Career Lab Live Corporation since 2025. It is the community sponsor for our Finance (Banking & Credit) industry track, the track a school can book for an in-school field trip today.
What a community sponsor is
Each industry track is built with the employers and community partners who know that work. So the tracks we can offer grow with our partners: more sponsors and community partners mean more tracks for children to explore.
A community sponsor is a local organization that sponsors one of our industry tracks. It ties that track to an organization in the community that does the work the track is about, so the job children try out is one they can see people doing near where they live.
The working example: Finance
Finance (Banking & Credit) is the one track that is available to book today; the others are in development. Credit Union of Georgia is its community sponsor, which makes the Finance track the working example of how we mean every track to be built.
Who does what
Each organization has its own part. Neither does the other's.

Who writes what children learn
The curriculum for the Finance track is Career Lab Live's, written and owned by us like every track, and Career Lab Live staff run every field trip. Being a track's community sponsor does not change who writes what children learn.
Why a credit union for the money track
In the Finance track children take on the role of a bank teller: checking who a customer is, taking deposits, paying out withdrawals, printing receipts and watching for fraud. That is everyday work at any credit union, which is why a credit union is a natural community sponsor for the track about money and banking. A credit union is a financial institution owned by the members who bank with it.

What it makes possible for children
Children in grades K-6 can step into a banking job without leaving school. No buses and no permission-slip trip across town. We set up career stations in your gym, cafeteria or classrooms, run timed rotations and pack everything away afterwards.
Bookable today
Finance is the one industry track a school can book now. A session lasts 90 to 120 minutes. Each rotation takes 16 to 25 children, and running several sections lets a school reach 100 to 150 children in a day.
How field trips are pricedSee a demo first
Schools can ask for a demo first: one Banking and Finance simulation with a small group of children, to see what a field trip is like before booking a full one.
Ask for a demoSponsor the next track
The other industry tracks are in development. An employer or community organization that knows one of those fields can be its community sponsor, the way Credit Union of Georgia is for Finance.
